ARGUS / DriveAI is a free, browser-based educational demonstration. It has two parts: a computer-vision “perception” demo that detects objects (cars, people, signs) in images or your camera using an open, pre-trained AI model, and a 3D driving simulator in which an AI drives a virtual car. It is provided for learning, experimentation, and entertainment only. It is not a driver-assistance system, not an autonomous-vehicle product, and not a substitute for professional driving systems or a human driver.
Features here are powered by artificial intelligence. AI output is probabilistic and frequently imperfect — it can miss objects, hallucinate, mislabel, or make unsafe decisions. We make no claim that the AI is accurate, reliable, or fit for any real-world driving, navigation, or safety purpose. Do not rely on it for any decision where a person could be harmed.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
You use the Service entirely at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of this Service shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including death, personal injury, property damage, or any loss — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent the law allows (and to no more than USD $0, as the Service is free).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the creator of this Service from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms — including, above all, any attempt to use anything here to operate a real vehicle.
You agree not to: use the Service to control or assist the control of any real vehicle or machinery; rely on it for safety-critical decisions; reverse-engineer it for such purposes; misrepresent it as a certified or production self-driving system; or use it unlawfully.
The Service is intended for users 13 years and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children (see Privacy).
This Service is built to collect as little as possible:
To the extent permitted by law, any dispute relating to the Service will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, and you and the creator waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. You may opt out of arbitration by not using the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time, without notice; continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect.
Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the terms above): it’s a fun, free learning tool. It can be wrong. Never let it drive a real car. Always keep a real licensed driver in control. Use it at your own risk.
